Context of the role
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing initiatives as part of a fast-paced, high-performing marketing team. Based in Paris, this role will take ownership of our paid media strategy, email nurture campaigns, lead scoring framework, and performance reporting across digital channels.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders—including sales, product, and field marketing teams—as well as external agencies and vendors. Your goal: drive awareness, engagement, and demand across our target audience with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Manage and optimise all paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, ensuring they drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline. - Own Multi-Channel Nurture Campaigns
Design and manage email-led nurture journeys that educate prospects, support the buyer journey, and align with our account-based strategy. - Implement Lead Scoring Frameworks
Develop and roll out a robust contact scoring and grading system that aligns with our account based approach and enables Sales to prioritise high-intent leads. - SEO & Website Management
Collaborate with our SEO and website agencies to ensure digital assets are optimised for discoverability, conversion, and aligned with growth objectives. - Performance Tracking & Reporting
Own the KPI reporting and dashboards for all digital channels. Continuously analyse campaign performance and optimise for ROI and effectiveness. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product, Sales, and the wider Marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with business priorities and tailored to regional and industry-specific needs. - Marketing Enablement
Help communicate the value and impact of marketing initiatives to internal stakeholders, contributing to a data-driven, commercial-first culture.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing roles with ideally payments experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and executing LinkedIn ad campaigns
- Proven experience building email nurture programs (ideally using Salesforce Account Engagement / Pardot)
- Demonstrated success implementing account scoring frameworks which track engagement with target accounts, ideally with prior 6sense experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and measure KPIs and optimise campaigns based on insights
- Excellent project management and organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills—especially with Sales and Product
- High attention to detail, particularly in campaign execution, copy, and performance reporting
- Avid and curious user of AI tools with experience in how to prompt them in the right way to support the objectives within the role
