Context of the role

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will report to the Salesforce CRM & Systems Manager. This vital role will significantly improve our Salesforce platform by modernizing user access , cleaning up old data , optimizing integrations , and streamlining approval processes. They will ensure the system is efficient, secure, and provides accurate data for business insights. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment , contributing directly to the platform's reliability and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Works with key stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, Marketing to advise on best use, assess and advise on workflows, and manage and facilitate trend analysis.
  • Understanding projects, facilitating business process analysis sessions, and proposing the best implementation solutions for each use case.
  • Participates in Salesforce governance and change management processes.
  • Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve them.
  • Implementing Salesforce automation using declarative tools.
  • Integration hands-on experience for designing and integrating Salesforce with 3rd party systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business.
  • Optimizing the org using best practices in Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience.
  • Defines the process and manages the accuracy & integrity within Salesforce by working closely with sales & leadership team.
  • Monitors and handles the Support request cases.
  • Supports the Sales Forecasting process, ensuring a high degree of data quality and accuracy.
  • Provides insights into various aspects of the sales cycle including pipeline management, sales velocity metrics, and opportunity management.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains actionable reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
  • Creates documentations for existing processes and upcoming process changes.
  • Identifies training needs, develops, and delivers training programs to Thunes Salesforce users.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business, IT or related discipline.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or minimum 3 plus years of experience in a Salesforce Administration role.
  • Salesforce App Builder certification is a plus.
  • Has previously took part in the implementation of Salesforce within at least one organization.
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce configurations in Sales cloud. Expertise in Flow Builder, permission sets, and role hierarchy management.
  • Hands on post implementation management of Salesforce including administration, maintenance, and optimization experience.
  • High level of Microsoft Office Suite competency including at least intermediate Excel proficiency (Creating visual representations of data, creating & managing pivot tables, ability to organize data using SUMIF, COUNTIF, and VLookup).
  • Must be highly organized, independent, and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly evolving fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and a believer in value of process.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and workframe is a plus.
  • Exposure to Configure Price Quote and Revenue Cloud functionalities is a plus.
  • Previous experience gained within Financial Services, or a Tech Company is desirable.
