Overview of the role
Reports to: SVP, Revenue Operations.
Our revenue engine is growing more complex, and we’re building a proactive, high-impact Revenue Operations organization to power the next phase of our growth.
We’re looking for a VP of Revenue Operations to lead core pillars of Revenue planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management.
You will bring a strong strategic lens while being hands-on enough to shape systems, processes, and performance metrics that drive growth and accountability across the Revenue teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the company-wide revenue forecasting and planning process in close partnership with Finance and Revenue leaders.
- Build and maintain a rigorous forecast model aligned to pipeline stages, productivity metrics, and capacity planning.
- Partner with the SVP of RevOps to drive annual and quarterly planning cycles (territories, quotas, targets, and headcount).
Insights, Analytics & Reporting
- Oversee and build revenue reporting architecture, from dashboarding to board-level KPIs.
- Move beyond reporting to deliver proactive, actionable insights for Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Partner with the Reporting team to build a single source of truth across the funnel (Pipeline, Activation, Expansion, and Retainment).
Revenue Process & Operating Cadence
- Define and continuously improve core Revenue processes (lead/opportunity management, handoffs, and forecasting cadence).
Drive cross-functional accountability with a consistent operating rhythm (weekly forecast calls, monthly business reviews, et al.). - Embed a pod-based RevOps model that aligns to Sales, Account Management, and Marketing needs.
Systems & Infrastructure
- Partner with systems' owners to ensure CRM (Salesforce), reporting tools, and integrations support RevOps priorities.
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Data teams on automation, data quality, and tooling roadmap.
- Lead coordination of RevOps priorities in broader tech stack planning.
Team Leadership
- Directly manage complementary RevOps roles .
- Coach and elevate the team from reactive operators to strategic partners.
- Build and scale team structure aligned to long-term revenue complexity.
What We're Looking For
- 8–12+ years of experience in RevOps, GTM Strategy, or BizOps roles—ideally in a scaling B2B SaaS company. Management consulting and banking experiences welcome.
- Deep experience with GTM and revenue planning, forecasting, and board-level reporting.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Account Management.
- Analytical, structured, and have a bias for clarity and action.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing RevOps teams.
- Experience with Salesforce, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI), and planning platforms (e.g. Anaplan, Mosaic) is a plus.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping scale the business to become world-class operators.
