Overview of the role

Reports to: SVP, Revenue Operations. We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to join our Revenue Operations organization as the Head of Revenue Strategy. In this newly created role, you will act as the architect of our revenue growth strategy, monetization, pricing/packaging evolution, and long-range planning. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, execution, and cross-functional alignment.

You will partner closely with the SVP of RevOps, CFO, CRO, COO, and broader Revenue and GTM teams to drive strategic decision-making as Thunes enters new markets, verticals, and product motions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth Planning: Drive company-wide GTM strategic planning, including international expansion, new verticals, partner/channel strategy, and annual planning cycles.
  • Executive-Level Modeling: Build and present financial models, board-level analyses, and growth scenarios for senior executives and investors.
  • Whitespace Monetization: Identify and quantify new revenue streams, underpenetrated customer segments, and optimization opportunities across the funnel.
  • Pricing & Packaging: Partner with Product and Commercial leadership to evolve pricing models, align value capture, and pilot new monetization approaches.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Own deep research into markets, customer segments, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic direction.
  • GTM Operating Rhythm: Co-create cadences for QBRs, forecast reviews, investment cases, and performance tracking alongside RevOps business partners.

What We're Looking For

  • 7–10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic finance, BizOps, investment banking, or Chief of Staff roles in high-growth B2B environments.
  • Track record of partnering with C-level leaders on critical decisions, planning, and board/investor deliverables.
  • World-class modeling, problem-solving, and storytelling skills — you bring clarity and confidence to complexity.
  • Experience driving Revenue strategy in global or multi-segment SaaS, fintech, or platform businesses.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, scaling environment with high ambiguity and cross-functional ownership.
  • Executive presence — capable of leading strategic conversations with CRO, COO, CEO, and external stakeholders.
  • Bonus Points For:
    • Experience in emerging markets or cross-border financial services
    • Familiarity with pricing strategy, B2B SaaS metrics, or PLG motions
    • Background in working with or scaling international teams
