Our story

From humble Lancashire beginnings to a multi-market £75M revenue B-Corp. We have scaled to £50M revenue with over 100,000 customers, all whilst achieving market profitability - and most recently, successfully launching in the US. We deliver farm-fresh goods straight to customers’ doors - sustainably, locally, and with purpose. We partner with independent British suppliers to make ethical choices easy for everyone.

To do this, we offer our customers the ability to make more planet-positive shopping habits one small, simple and very convenient step at a time. Growth is a small team with big responsibility. This team helps ensure MM can not only attract customers but also retain them, driving sustainable growth. You’ll work closely with Aidan (Growth Director), Katie (UK General Manager), CRM and Brand teams.
