About the role:
As an Account Development Representative, you will be joining a dynamic and international team at our U.S. Headquarters office in NYC. You will work closely with our Account Executives and Account Managers. You will be supporting core account expansion and strategic net new pursuits, conducting sales pitches, account research, and product demonstrations. You will be establishing the first contact in unexplored regions and departments to expand the Templafy business and to support our expansion targets based on our Document Agent capabilities.
For the first 6 months, we would like you to be in our office 5 days a week. After that, it is 3 days a week. For us, this has shown that onboarding is a lot more efficient and that you get aquinted with your colleagues faster, leading to better collaboration.
What your main responsibilities will be:
Be a key team member of the sales team, creating new business opportunities in our existing customer base.
Use a consultative sales approach to position and qualify sales opportunities along with the Account Executive and Account Manager team.
Kickstart customer dialogues and engage with prospects
Cold Calling current clients
Show creativity and flourish in the Templafy environment, finding new and better ways to work.
Be motivated to overachieve on targets and metrics.
Requirements:
Minimum a bachelor's degree
Minimum 18-month experience as a BDR or similar at an AI native company
Fluency in outreach and prospecting solutions generally
Self-motivated with a business-oriented and customer-focused mindset
Willing to step into a self-prospecting Account Executive Role

Compensation:
This role is on a commission scheme. It is a 70/30 split, 70% being base salary and 30% being commission. The base salary is between 75,000USD and 85,000USD annually.
