What you will do:

As part of our Account Management team in NY, you will have full ownership of a significant portfolio of existing enterprise customers. You will be the strategic point of contact for your customers, develop mutual account plans for the deployment and adoption of our solutions, increase penetration across our solutions, expand our senior stakeholder network within the organization, and essentially encourage increased revenue. You will build pipeline, generate revenue, and expand and retain our enterprise customers.

  • You will manage ~50 key accounts, developing and executing strategies on account plans
  • Build pipeline and identify new use cases across your book of business
  • Execute on your portfolio pipeline to deliver maximum revenue potential
  • Supervise and complete complex sales-cycles
  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solution Consultants, Product and BDRs
  • Support the onboarding of other teammates and the development of company culture

What we expect from you:

We are currently looking for a high-energy, motivated Enterprise Account Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and proven success. You thrive by owning and controlling a sales process and deploy and are motivated to find solutions to solve your customers’ problems.

  • 2-4 years of account management or sales experience required
  • Proven B2B sales skills and previous experience of selling at scale to Enterprise customers (experience within SaaS is required)
  • Strong communicator, having built relationships with executives up to the C-Level
  • A track record of high achievement in current and/or previous roles, hitting or exceeding quotas
  • Proven success in early-stage companies, bringing order to chaos with a hands-on, team-player mentality, and effectively managing evolving sales pipelines and processes.
  • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Background in MEDDPICC and Command of The Message preferred.
  • Having worked with or used AI products is a plus.

Compensation:

OTE: $155,000-$185,000 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
