Summary:
We’re looking for an Operations & Office Manager to own and elevate our day-to-day office experience. This role is central to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable work environment, while supporting company operations and helping scale our internal processes as we grow.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily office operations to maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment
Manage office supplies, snacks, and amenities while tracking and maintaining inventory levels
Build and manage relationships with vendors, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service quality
Manage office services and accounts
Coordinate and execute team events, both in-office and offsite, including logistics and budgeting
Oversee company merchandise, including ordering, inventory management, and distribution
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards
Act as the main point of contact for office-related needs and employee requests
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and office improvements
Support onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with HR
Partner with leadership to improve workplace policies, processes, and overall employee experience
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and office logistics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
A hands-on, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Experience supporting employee experience initiatives – a plus
Familiarity with workplace tools and basic IT setup – a plus
