The Role
Work Type: On-site (3-4 days per week in office)
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Events & Office Manager to own the day-to-day operations of our NYC office while leading the planning and execution of Tavily’s events in New York. This role plays a key part in shaping our office culture, supporting our growing team, and strengthening our presence within the AI ecosystem through high-impact events.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a seamless employee experience
Manage office vendors, supplies, facilities, and budget tracking
Coordinate with HR onboarding logistics including workspace setup and office access
Plan and execute internal team events and culture initiatives
Source venues, and manage catering, branding, and guest logistics
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align events with company goals
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in office management, events management, operations, or similar roles
Proven experience planning events in NYC and managing vendors
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving ability
Experience in tech or startup environments (nice to have)
