POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a results-oriented, strategic, and hands-on Director of Demand Generation to build and scale a high-performing demand engine focused on content generation and distribution. This is a critical leadership role for our growing B2B organization. You will own the strategy and execution for content marketing, content distribution, and account-based marketing (ABM), driving both brand visibility and qualified pipeline.

This role requires a builder—someone who thrives in high-growth environments, is excited about experimentation, and collaborates closely with Sales to align on targets and impact. You will lead and evolve how we create, distribute, and measure content that drives buyer engagement and revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience at a high-growth company, with at least 3 years in demand generation or content leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in content marketing, email marketing, digital advertising, and ABM.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling programs from the ground up.
  • Strong track record of experimentation—test, learn, and optimize.
  • Experience working closely with Sales on shared pipeline goals.
  • Proficient in Hubspot for marketing automation and campaign execution.
  • Metrics-driven mindset and fluency with funnel analytics.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Background in concrete, construction, manufacturing, or other industrial B2B markets.
  • Experience producing technical content or marketing to operational personas.
  • Familiarity with modern ABM and personalization platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Lead development and execution of a comprehensive content marketing strategy.
  • Manage creation of high-impact content including:
    • Customer success stories and case studies
    • Whitepapers, thought leadership, and more
    • Product-focused videos
  • Build a scalable content production process in partnership with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.
  • Align messaging with buyer journey stages and market personas.

Content Distribution & Campaign Activation

  • Develop integrated distribution strategies across:
    • Email marketing (segmentation, nurture, lifecycle)
    • Performance marketing (LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic)
    • Social media amplification and SEO
  • Manage campaign calendar and work cross-functionally to execute multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness and qualified leads.
  • Own funnel metrics and performance analytics for all content distribution efforts.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Design and lead ABM programs for high-value enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Partner with Sales to tailor campaigns that engage buying committees across key verticals.
  • Leverage data to personalize and optimize outreach across channels and touchpoints.

Tech Stack & Data Operations

  • Own and optimize Hubspot for campaign operations, workflows, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops to ensure data integrity and visibility in Salesforce (bonus).
  • Identify and implement tools that enhance marketing performance and attribution.
