Project Manager

  • Sales
  • Tel Aviv

Description

Come join our team that is on a mission to make complex applications clear with AI. With offices in Tel Aviv and New York City, Swimm was named one of the top 3 best startups to work for by Dun & Bradstreet. We like coffee, rubber ducks, and a good dad joke (and we're not ashamed of it).

About the role:

As Swimm’s Project Manager you will be responsible for leading technical projects as well as proof-of-concept efforts across Engineering, Product, Sales, and customer teams — ensuring delivery is on time and aligned with goals.

The role reports directly to the CRO and owns building and managing detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks across cross-functional initiatives and involves coordinating and overseeing all cross functional aspects of a project, ensuring that it meets its objectives within the constraints of scope, time, quality and customer experience.

The Project Manager will play a crucial role in facilitating communication, managing resources and priorities, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.

This will be the first Project Manager at Swimm, so the role will also require building methodologies and positioning the role as an integral part of company operations..

Requirements

Your responsibilities will be::

  • Lead a matrix team with the Product, Engineering, Sales and customer teams and develop comprehensive cross-functional project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
  • Ensure clear and trackable KPIs are defined for each project, covering both operational levers and financial/business outcomes.
  • Identify and make sure resources are being allocated based on project requirements and priorities while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Establish clear and effective cross-company communication channels among team members.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the relevant point of contact at the customer’s team and align on expectations and priorities with the internal team.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to enhance team productivity.
  • Represent the customers’ voice within the project team and ensure that the team is aligned with each step’s expectations.
  • Ensure a smooth project closure, including documentation, handovers, and lessons learned.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • 4+ years in project/program management roles within SaaS, devtools, or B2B enterprise tech companies.
  • 2+ years experience working in a pre-series C startup.
  • Experience working directly with engineering and product teams in agile or hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise customer onboarding or custom implementation projects.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills — ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience with BFSI or other regulated industries (banking, healthcare, insurance) a strong plus.
  • Technical literacy: ability to read and understand system architecture diagrams, APIs, and software delivery pipelines.
