What will you do at Sweep?
We’re looking for a high-impact Growth Marketer to own strategy, execution, and results across the full marketing funnel. This is not a siloed role - you’ll have end-to-end ownership of key growth initiatives, from idea to pipeline, with significant visibility into leadership and direct impact on revenue. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a Head of Marketing or CMO track.
You’ll operate across brand, demand generation, and sales alignment - building programs, testing new ideas, and scaling what works. You’ll lead initiatives like customer advocacy, webinars, partner marketing, and campaign execution while shaping how the company shows up in the market. Campaigns & Brand Awareness
- Build and execute integrated campaigns across channels (product launches, content, demand gen)
- Launch creative, high-impact campaigns that break through the noise
- Test unconventional tactics (partnerships, activations, community, guerrilla)
- Turn trends and insights into timely campaigns that drive visibility and pipeline
- Continuously experiment with new channels, messaging, and formats
- Build and scale customer advocacy programs (case studies, references, reviews, referrals)
- Turn customer insights into compelling content (blogs, videos, etc.)
- Execute co-marketing campaigns and programs with partners
- Support partner content, collateral, and joint initiatives
- Own webinars end-to-end (content, speakers, promotion, execution)
- Drive registration, attendance, and post-event engagement
- Create sales and marketing collateral and campaign content
- Create website content as needed
- Own email marketing strategy, execution, and performance (HubSpot)
- Build and optimize nurture programs across the funnel
- Develop segmentation, targeting, and personalization to improve engagement\
- Continuously test and refine messaging, cadence, and conversion
- Partner with Sales and BDRs to drive meetings and pipeline
- Build outbound and inbound plays that convert
- Track performance and pipeline impact in Salesforce
- Continuously optimize programs based on data
- Use AI to accelerate content creation, campaigns, and research
- Test new tools, channels, and ways of working
- Automate workflows and improve speed and efficiency
- Experiment constantly to unlock new growth opportunities
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing (ideally in the Salesforce ecosystem)
- Proven ability to execute across brand and demand generation
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Experience running webinars, campaigns, and email marketing programs
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, pipeline tracking)
- Experience working closely with Sales and BDR teams
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Confident presenter and communicator
