What will you do at Sweep?
We’re looking for a hands-on, Salesforce Consultant to join our New York team, combining customer success responsibilities with technical solution consulting. In this role, you will:
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing expert support for Sweep and Salesforce-related inquiries.
Assist customers with Sweep and Salesforce configurations, data model optimization, workflows, and Sweep best practices.
Deliver onboarding sessions, workshops, and ongoing training to empower customers and ensure successful adoption.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and contribute to our growing support and solutions operations.
Manage support tickets, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and alignment with SLAs.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and RevOps teams to resolve complex issues and share customer feedback.
Maintain and expand our knowledge base, FAQs, and support documentation.

Support pre-sales processes by participating in discovery calls, demos, and technical deep-dives to assess customer needs and advise on CRM and Sweep implementation strategies.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Admin or Salesforce Consultant in a SaaS or technology-driven company.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, data models, and reporting.
Ability to diagnose technical issues and translate complex concepts to non-technical users.
Experience supporting SaaS products, preferably in CRM/RevOps domains.
Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently lead customer conversations across both post and pre-sales stages, including consultative engagements, technical support, and sales discussions.
Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

This is a hybrid position based in our New York City office, offering flexibility while ensuring in-person collaboration with our team.
The OTE for this Salesforce Consultant role is $110,000–$135,000 per year.
