Sweep is an AI-powered visual workspace for Salesforce and HubSpot that drives speed and control with real-time documentation, data quality engines, and process optimization agents. Using our intuitive platform, teams can build custom CRM functionality—such as smart automation, Slack alerts, dashboards, and more—in a fraction of the time without compromising the development quality.

What will you do at Sweep?

As a Product Manager at Sweep, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing and expanding key product features within our innovative platform. Working alongside a talented team in Tel Aviv and NYC. In this role, you will:

• Build AI products that transform how teams work with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other business systems — turning complexity into clarity.
• Keep the team aligned and focused, balancing ambition with practicality in a fast-moving environment.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers from first sketch to shipped product.
• Design and refine prompts and interactions that shape how users engage with Sweep.
• Talk to users, understand their challenges, and turn insights into product improvements.
• Be part of a small, fast-moving team where your decisions directly shape the product and the company.

We are looking for:

• 3+ years of product experience, ideally in B2B SaaS with a focus on AI, machine learning, or applied LLMs.
• Experience building and shipping AI products — especially those involving prompt design, model behavior, or workflow integrations.
• Strong technical fluency — you’re comfortable working with engineers to shape how things are built and make smart tradeoffs.
• Great instincts for turning abstract feedback and messy systems into products people actually use.
• Clear communicator who can adapt across audiences — from customers to execs to technical teammates.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and staying focused in a fast-moving environment.
• Curiosity about where AI is going — and a thoughtful, pragmatic approach to building with it responsibly.
