Description
We are looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer with a specialization in AI-powered marketing and sales automation tools. As part of our Marketing team, you will work closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to build, deploy, and scale intelligent automation solutions that elevate our go-to-market strategy and demonstrate our leadership in AI-driven growth.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement AI-powered automations to streamline key marketing and sales workflows
- Enable personalized outreach based on prospect data, behavior, and predictive insights
- Build systems for automated content generation for SEO, email, and campaign assets
- Leverage AI to analyze sales interactions and generate tailored demo recommendations
- Implement intelligent lead scoring and routing using engagement-based models
- Integrate AI tools across platforms (HubSpot, Gong, LinkedIn, etc.) into seamless GTM flows
- Monitor and optimize automation performance using data-driven methods
- Develop documentation and governance standards for scalable AI automations
- Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Product, and AI teams to identify new growth opportunities
What You Will Bring
- 3–5 years of development experience, ideally in marketing tech or sales operations
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make)
- Experience working with AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Understanding of prompt engineering, NLP, and conversational design
- Background in integrating with marketing and sales platforms (HubSpot, Gong, Salesforce)
- A creative, analytical mindset and passion for solving business problems through automation
- Experience with web development fundamentals and REST APIs
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales and marketing processes
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and AI governance frameworks
