About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SDR Manager to lead our India Sales Development team, managing global business development across APAC, EMEA, and North America markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an SDR Manager, possess strong leadership skills, and have experience managing teams across different regions.
This is a tremendous learning opportunity for the right candidate, as you will work closely with both sales and marketing to establish Skyflow's global footprint. The successful candidate will have experience establishing and maintaining relationships with prospects and be very capable of pitching a product to technical buyers.
You Have:
Demonstrated success in leading SDR teams to meet or exceed targets.
Experience managing teams across different regions and time zones.
Familiarity with EMEA, APAC & North America markets and cultural nuances in sales approaches.
Experience building an enterprise pipeline & working closely with the Marketing team
Experience with Outbound prospecting
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM and pipeline reporting metrics
Experience successfully prospecting to CTOs and CDOs.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data to drive decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
You Will:

Process Optimization:
Develop a deep understanding of Skyflow's Data Privacy Vault platform offering
Identify prospects and build a pipeline through outbound campaigns based on our targeted ICP accounts
Evaluate and refine SDR processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Leverage technology and tools to enhance team productivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
Work closely with Marketing on creating top-of-the-funnel email messaging sequences that resonate with our ICP
Coordinate with international teams to ensure consistency in messaging and approach.

Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of SDRs.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement through regular coaching and feedback sessions.
Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure ongoing progress.

Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement effective inbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to align on target customer profiles and messaging.
