About The Role:
As an Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for the post-sales implementation experience of Skyflow’s customers across APAC. The implementation engineer will work closely with the product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and deployment experience for the customers.
You Have:
Customer-facing experience, preferably in professional services or customer implementations
Experience working on a technical team like Engineering, Technical Product Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or Data Analyst
Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL, system integration solutions, and data security.
Ability to evaluate large datasets, identify patterns, and make informed decisions
Ability to design or contribute to onboarding plans that align with customer objectives
Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset backed by solid project management skills
Working knowledge of popular public cloud services infrastructure offerings such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
Prior experience personally engaging with Enterprise customers
Strong communicator – written, verbal, and presentation skills
Excellent emotional intelligence, interpersonal, and presentation skills
You Will:
Understanding customer context and overseeing goals
Perform detailed analysis of Customer software programs, applications, and web services to determine system efficiency and functionality.
Work closely with Customer, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to integrate new systems and applications with existing customer business operations.
Gather and document business requirements, ensuring that these align with customer goals and business objectives.
Educating and enabling customers with the right tools and resources at the right time throughout the process to achieve the quickest path to customer success.
Collaborating with peers and managers to identify and eliminate roadblocks in the way of customers’ goals
Contributing to the building of onboarding content
Create serverless functions using AWS Lambda or equivalent frameworks
Set up and manage API Gateway endpoints to handle RESTful or GraphQL APIs, enabling secure, scalable, and high-performance communication between services and external clients.
Design solutions specifically tailored to address last-mile challenges such as real-time tracking, dynamic route optimization, package handling, and customer communication.
Integrate with third-party APIs (e.g., mapping, payment gateways, SMS/email notifications) to enhance system capabilities while maintaining reliability and security.
