About This Role:
We’re looking for a full-time Frontend Software Engineer to join our engineering team reporting to the Principal Engineer. This role is a hybrid role based out of Israel, location.
In this role, you’ll play a key role in driving the development of Gainsight’s AI-based customer-facing application by building intuitive, high-performance front-end experiences that deliver real value to users. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Backend Engineering, Data Science, and Product Design. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in frontend development, clean coding practices, and UI/UX implementation.
What You'll Do:
- Architect and evolve our frontend, from the main application to our reusable design system components. 
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality features end-to-end. 
- Collaborate with backend engineers to define and integrate APIs for optimal performance. 
- Uphold high standards for code quality by applying SOLID principles and writing comprehensive unit tests.

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with a modern UI framework like React, Vue, or Angular. 
- A deep understanding of web performance and how to create lightning-fast user experiences. 
- Proven ability to work independently while also being a proactive team player who elevates the people around you. 
- A good eye for design and a user-centric mindset. 
- Strong experience with unit testing frameworks. 
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
What Would Make You Stand Out:
- Familiarity with monorepos and tools like Nx. 
- Experience using Vite as a build tool.
