We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Partnerships Manager to build a new strategic capability within Simply Draw.

Kids love drawing the characters and worlds they care about. From Stitch and Sonic to Minecraft and the next generation of global entertainment franchises, partnerships have the potential to become a major driver of engagement, growth, and brand awareness for Simply Draw.

This role will identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that make Simply Draw more valuable and discoverable for kids and families. Working closely with product, growth, and content teams, you’ll build relationships with leading entertainment, gaming, family, and consumer brands while creating new growth engines for the business.

Main Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy & Deal-Making

- Identify and execute strategic partnership opportunities across entertainment, gaming, family, consumer, and media ecosystems.

- Build relationships with IP owners, licensors, studios, gaming companies, and family-focused brands.

- Lead end-to-end partnership development, from business case creation and deal structuring through negotiation and contract execution.

Content & Licensing Partnerships

- Bring beloved characters, brands, franchises, and creative experiences into Simply Draw.

- Evaluate licensing opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnership content into the product.

- Help shape Simply Draw’s long-term strategy around licensed and branded content.

Distribution & Growth Partnerships

- Identify opportunities to bring Simply Draw to families when they are actively looking for activities for their children.

- Build partnerships across travel, hospitality, consumer technology, and other family-focused ecosystems.

- Explore innovative distribution channels and partnership models that drive acquisition and adoption.

Relationship Management & Execution

- Build long-term relationships with strategic partners and position Simply as a trusted collaborator.

- Work closely with product, growth, content, legal, and leadership teams to execute partnerships successfully.

- Measure impact and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, licensing, or related commercial roles.

- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, with experience leading complex partnerships from sourcing through execution.

- Experience in consumer products, entertainment, gaming, media, technology, subscription businesses, or family-focused products.

- Ability to develop creative partnership opportunities that drive measurable business impact.

- Entrepreneurial mindset backed by strong analytical skills and business judgment.

- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

- Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events.
