Are you passionate about creating workplaces where people truly thrive? As our Global Office Experience Manager, you’ll be at the heart of shaping a consistent, inclusive, and engaging employee experience across all our offices and remote environments worldwide.

While you’ll have primary ownership of the Solna office and its daily operations, your impact goes far beyond one location. You’ll play a key coordinating role globally, ensuring workplace standards, best practices, and a strong sense of culture are felt everywhere we operate.

You’ll also own internal communications, including our intranet, and drive global employee engagement initiatives, making sure everyone feels informed, connected, and inspired no matter where they’re based. This is a highly visible role where you act as a true culture carrier, collaboration enabler, and experience champion across regions.

What you do in the role:

  • Create a positive, consistent, and engaging employee experience across all offices and remote environments.

  • Own daily operations of the Solna office and coordinate global follow-up on office standards and functionality.

  • Partner with local stakeholders to ensure alignment with workplace standards, policies, and compliance worldwide.

  • Ensure offices and remote setups are well-maintained, equipped, compliant, and running smoothly.

  • Drive global employee engagement initiatives, including personnel clubs, with a strong focus on inclusion and budget responsibility.

  • Plan and support internal and external meetings and events, covering logistics, technical setups, and communications.

  • Lead global internal communications, including content planning and publishing on the company intranet.

  • Ensure a welcoming and consistent global onboarding experience for new hires

  • Manage office-related procurement, vendors, and cost tracking for Solna, while supporting global quality and budget oversight.

  • Uphold work environment standards, health and safety, and legal compliance across locations in collaboration with regional teams.

  • Act as a cultural ambassador, supporting global projects and living the company’s values every day.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in global administrative support, office management, or similar roles.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple global priorities at once.

  • Hands-on experience with budget management, expense tracking, and basic financial reporting.

  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and impactful global presentations.

  • High proficiency in Office 365, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.

  • Experience in facilities management or working with external vendors is a plus.
