Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for partner-driven growth? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where leadership, sales execution, and partner engagement converge? Then you might be our next VP Nordics at DynamicWeb.
You will be at the forefront of driving DynamicWeb's commercial success in the Nordic region. You’ll lead a team of high-performing Partner Account Managers and Direct Sales Executives across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, all supported by our central Marketing and Sales Development teams.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing our “Focus – Partner – Scale” strategy—developing scalable go-to-market programs, strengthening our partner ecosystem, and increasing market penetration with the right ICPs and enterprise clients.
Your main responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Manage, coach, and inspire the Direct Sales Executives to attract and win high-value customers in close corporation with channel partners.
- Drive your own strategic sales cases with strong cross-functional collaboration inside and across the organization.
- Inspire, align, and lead by example.
- Foster collaboration across business units to ensure strong organizational cohesion and strategic execution.
Partner Sales & Channel Growth
- Develop and expand key partner relationships and onboard new strategic partners aligned with our growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor Partner Account Managers across the Nordics.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders across the organization.
Marketing & Positioning
- Be a front-runner in articulating our unique value proposition to customers, prospects, and partners, both online and offline.
- Publicly advocate for DynamicWeb, actively engage in speaking engagements, webinars, panels, and industry forums.
- Act as a critical voice from the market, gather and share customer and partner feedback with Product and Marketing teams to continuously optimize our offering.

How you succeed
- Proven track record in sales and partner management in the SaaS, digital commerce, or ERP.
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic mindset, and hands-on execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passion for leading from the front and inspiring teams to succeed.
- Proven leadership experience.
Located in Aarhus or Copenhagen, and are open to travel across the Nordic region.
