What Are We Looking For?

Prompt Security is the leading AI Security Platform, safely and securely enabling organizations around the
globe to embrace AI. The company was recently acquired by SentinelOne, the AI cybersecurity leader, to
further advance its Generative AI and Agentic AI security strategy.

SentinelOne is hiring a Senior Account Executive (EMEA) to accelerate enterprise customer acquisition and
revenue growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role will drive strategic sales engagements
with regional enterprise clients, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to build long-term value.
Ideal candidates bring a strong network, a hunter mindset, and a deep understanding of the EMEA market
landscape. This position will be representing our Prompt Security, our comprehensive GenAI security platform,
helping enterprises organizations safely and efficiently adopt GenAI within their organizations.

What Will You Do?

● Drive new business growth by targeting large enterprises across the EMEA region
● Develop and execute regional account strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams
● Build strong relationships with senior IT and security leaders across multiple countries
● Navigate regional sales cycles with varying compliance, procurement, and legal frameworks
● Collaborate with EMEA-based resellers, MSSPs, and channel partners to scale reach
● Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and tailoring solutions
● Provide accurate revenue forecasting and maintain deal hygiene in CRM systems
● Represent SentinelOne at regional conferences and partner events


What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?

  • 6+ years of enterprise sales experience with a focus on cybersecurity or SaaS
  • Demonstrated success selling across Europe, Middle East, or Africa
  • Knowledge of GDPR, data residency, and EMEA-specific compliance frameworks
  • Ability to manage complex buying centers with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills with pre-sales, channel, and customer success teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in additional European languages
    is a plus
  • Comfortable with cultural nuance, virtual engagement, and international travel
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Travel up to 25% (internationally) as needed
