What Are We Looking For?

SentinelOne is seeking a Director of M&A Integrations to lead the strategic and operational integration of acquired companies into our organization. This role will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of post-merger integration (PMI) efforts, with a specific emphasis on go-to-market (GTM) integration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel functions. The ideal candidate brings deep cross-functional expertise, a structured program management mindset, and a strong ability to influence at all levels of the organization. This role is part of the Office of the CEO, reporting directly to the VP of Strategic Planning, and will require partial on-site presence at our Mountain View, CA headquarters.

What Will You Do?

  • Lead the end-to-end post-merger integration (PMI) planning and execution for all acquisitions, driving cross-functional alignment and accountability
  • Develop and maintain an integration playbook, including process templates, charters, KPIs, and governance models for repeatable success
  • Build and manage detailed integration plans that span people, process, technology, and culture, tailored to deal-specific goals and risk profiles
  • Partner with GTM leaders to define and execute integration of Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success functions, ensuring operational continuity and revenue acceleration
  • Lead integration governance with steering committees and executive stakeholders, managing decision-making forums, issue escalations, and risk mitigation
  • Track and report on integration progress, risks, and outcomes to C-level stakeholders; ensure realization of deal value (e.g., revenue synergies, cost savings, talent retention)
  • Collaborate with Corporate Development on due diligence assessments to inform integration strategies and early-stage planning
  • Champion change management, employee communications, and culture alignment across both acquiring and acquired organizations
  • Support ad hoc strategic initiatives related to inorganic growth and transformation

What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?

  • 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or equivalent program leadership roles in fast-paced SaaS or technology environments
  • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional integration programs across multiple acquisitions
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market functions (Sales, Marketing, Channel, CS) and experience integrating GTM systems, teams, and operating models
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen to drive synergy tracking, KPI dashboards, and executive reporting
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to lead through influence and drive executive alignment
  • Experience creating and evolving scalable integration frameworks, governance models, and process infrastructure
  • Expertise in program management methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Gantt, RAID logs, RACI)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing materials for Board and Executive-level audiences
  • Demonstrated proficiency with AI-driven analytics and large-language-model tools (e.g., GPT-4, Gemini, NotebookLM, Perplexity) to streamline integration planning, automate reporting and data synthesis across functions, and accelerate insight generation from diligence materials, contracts, and org data
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
  • Ability to be on-site at SentinelOne’s Mountain View, CA headquarters 2 days per week
