What are we looking for?
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Commercial segment (500–2,500 employees). This role is designed to be flexible across both inbound and outbound motions, enabling you to engage a wide range of prospects and help build high-quality pipeline for our sales organization.
Whether you're following up on marketing-generated interest or reaching out to strategic accounts, you’ll play a key role in connecting the right buyers with the right solutions—and introducing them to the power of SentinelOne.
What will you do?
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through a mix of inbound follow-up and targeted outbound outreach
- Execute multi-touch prospecting using tools like SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, and Copilot
- Partner with account executives to align on territory strategy, account prioritization, and messaging
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and outcomes in Salesforce
- Stay curious, iterate on your approach, and contribute to a culture of testing and learning
What skills and experience you should bring?
- 1+ years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders across a range of industries
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, and/or Copilot is a plus
- Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS is a bonus
