What are we looking for?
We are seeking a Staff Product Designer with deep expertise in data management and visualization to help shape the future of cybersecurity software. In this role, you will lead design initiatives for data-intensive workflows. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to deliver seamless, intuitive experiences for our customers, and your work will directly impact how organizations protect themselves at scale

What will you do?

  • Lead the design of end-to-end data management workflows for large-scale datasets.
  • Design and iterate on advanced data visualization components that help users gain insights and make critical decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, technical constraints, and business requirements, delivering creative, user-centered solutions.

  • Produce high-quality deliverables: wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and storytelling presentation decks.
  • Communicate design rationale and user insights to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and visualizations.
  • Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product iterations, ensuring continuous improvement.

Mentor and guide other designers, elevating the craft and impact of the design team.

  • Facilitate cross-collaborative workshops to define project requirements and user stories.
  • Contribute to and extend our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms

What are we looking for?

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing data management and visualization workflows (search, create, edit, filters, sort, bulk actions).
  • 7+ years of experience in product or UX design for complex, cross-functional organizations.
  • Experience designing for data-intensive software in cybersecurity or adjacent domains is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Figma, with experience extending component libraries and following brand/system guidelines.
  • Experience collaborating with user research teams to deeply understand user goals and pain points, translating insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to advocate for user needs and influence product strategy.
  • Familiarity with the unique needs of security analysts, administrators, or technical end-users.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a track record of influencing design direction in high-velocity environments.

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply. If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.

Base Salary Range
$148,000$204,000 USD
