What are we looking for?
As a Senior Manager of FP&A, you will play a pivotal leadership role within the finance organization, driving strategic financial planning, in-depth analysis, and decision support for senior executives. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to uncover key business drivers, translate strategic initiatives into actionable financial plans, and elevate our forecasting and planning processes in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment. Your insights will shape company-wide decisions and support scalable, data-driven growth.
What will you do?
- Develop and update company wide forecasts, along with targets and scenarios, for overall financials
- Consolidate and analyze weekly bottoms up functional forecasts from global FP&A teams
- Act as a key point of contact in the administration of Adaptive Planning FP&A tool
- Analyze bookings and revenue data, and consolidated financial and operating KPIs along with variances
- Build financial models and reports and prepare financial analyses, quickly, efficiently, and with high quality control, as needed for a broad array of purposes including special projects
- Prepare reporting packages and dashboards; create presentations, in the form of Powerpoint or Google Slides, and update them regularly
- Run reports out of key systems (such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Greenhouse) and perform deep analysis of customer, supplier and partner transaction information and discern the nature and behavior of complex revenue and cost trends
- Construct and update ad hoc analysis such as benchmarking or pro forma earnings analyses
- Partner, as necessary, closely with the Accounting, along with other cross functional teams such as Investor Relations, IT, HR, Legal, CorpDev and Revenue Operations as needed, especially on reporting and disclosure requirements
- Help drive scale initiatives for the finance and accounting teams by streamlining reporting
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
- Investment banking experience/CPA/CFA is a plus
- 5+ years experience in Finance and/or Accounting
- Enterprise SaaS/software experience
- System experience (Adaptive Planning, Netsuite, Salesforce, NetSuite, Tableau, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP Accounting framework
- Experience building and maintaining well structured models and a strong understanding of how the 3 financial statements connect
- Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and work ethic
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, thrive and meet time-sensitive deadlines in a high-growth environment is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well in teams, and confidence in interacting with Director-level and VP-level partners
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to support the team on projects as they come up
