What are we looking for?
SentinelOne is seeking a Director, Sales Operations, EMEA Enterprise, to lead strategic initiatives that drive productivity, scalability, and operational excellence for our EMEA Enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This critical leadership role is focused on enabling consistent, predictable, and repeatable hyper-growth by driving sales discipline, optimizing processes, and delivering strategic insights.
You’ll serve as the trusted advisor and operational business partner to EMEA sales leadership, ensuring alignment with global strategies while tailoring for regional needs. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments.
What will you do?
- Act as the strategic business partner to EMEA Enterprise Sales Leadership, providing data-driven insights and operational support to drive field productivity and growth.
- Lead the forecasting strategy and operating cadence, ensuring accuracy and rigor in pipeline management and sales performance metrics.
- Own the annual GTM planning process for EMEA Enterprise: headcount and territory planning, quota allocation, and sales compensation modeling.
- Develop and scale regional business rhythms—including pipeline reviews, performance tracking, and business health assessments.
- Identify and implement process improvements and infrastructure enhancements to support sales productivity and scalability.
- Partner cross-functionally with Enablement, Marketing, and Global Sales Operations to drive key initiatives and ensure alignment.
- Deliver clear and concise executive-level reporting and insights, turning complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Drive adoption and optimization of sales technologies such as Salesforce (SFDC), Clari, Tableau, and other productivity tools.
What skills and knowledge will you bring?
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy, supporting Enterprise sales teams in high-growth technology companies.
- Proven leadership experience building and managing high-performing Sales Operations teams.
- Expertise in forecasting, strategic planning, sales analytics, and process optimization.
- Strong ability to influence and partner with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of Enterprise sales motions, preferably in subscription-based SaaS or cybersecurity businesses.
- Experience working in publicly traded, hyper-growth environments.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a talent for transforming data into strategic insights and business recommendations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present to executive leadership.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Tableau, MS-Office, G-Suite, AI, and other sales productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus.
