About the Role
Partner with the RevOps Manager to serve as the architect of our GTM engine. As the HubSpot Champion, you will focus on building the infrastructure that maintains data integrity and scales our revenue motions. You will manage the technical ecosystem to improve process efficiency and provide the visibility needed to maximize growth.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Administration: Act as the primary HubSpot admin; managing CRM architecture, enforcing data hygiene, and providing how to support for the GTM team.
- Revenue Continuity Framework: Streamline the journey from prospect to long-term partner by embedding health tracking milestones into the sales funnel, reducing friction in the renewal cycle and maximizing Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Revenue Analytics: Develop advanced reports and dashboards that identify funnel trends, risks, and forecasting accuracy to guide GTM strategy.
- Workflow Optimization: Define and document standardized playbooks for Sales and Post-Sales to eliminate manual friction and redundant tasks.
- Cross Functional Partner: Collaborate across all GTM teams to ensure data cleanliness and seamless communication between departments.
- Stack Evolution: Stay updated on CRM innovations (AI tools, new integrations) to proactively suggest system upgrades.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CS Operations. Experience in a fast-paced startup environment (ideally as a first or early RevOps hire) is highly preferred.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands on experience with HubSpot administration and integration, with a track record of optimizing systems for business outcomes.
- Operational Mindset: A process first thinker who views data as a tool to organize and streamline workflows.
- Strategic Problem-Solving: Ability to evaluate raw system data and translate it into operational solutions that solve bottlenecks.
- Technical Communication: Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and CS to explain technical CRM processes and system changes in clear terms.
- Ownership: A proactive self-starter who identifies systemic friction and drives solutions with minimal supervision.
