Solutions Consultant – Professional Services
Reports to: Director, Breach Preparedness and Response

Position Summary

Semperis is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our growing Professional Services team. In this client-facing role, you will perform delivery efforts working across multiple enterprise accounts to assess readiness, deploy solutions, and guide organizations through resilience transformation using the Semperis Ready1 cyber crisis management platform.

You’ll act as both technical advisor and program consultant, helping clients identify gaps in their crisis response capabilities—and building actionable, sustainable roadmaps to close them. The ideal candidate blends cybersecurity experience with a consultative mindset, executive presence, and a deep understanding of how to align security with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a consultant for Ready1 platform deployments across multiple enterprise clients, ensuring successful onboarding, configuration, and adoption.

  • Conduct strategic assessments of clients’ crisis management and incident response programs—identifying gaps in structure, governance, communications, and execution.

  • Build maturity roadmaps, tailored playbooks, and scalable programs that align to regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, CIRCIA) and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 22301).

  • Facilitate tabletop exercises and executive-level simulation sessions that test and improve crisis coordination, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Deliver Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and executive briefings, translating technical and program insights into business-relevant narratives and outcomes.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Semperis sales, product, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure customer feedback influences platform innovation.

  • Stay current on cybersecurity threat trends, regulatory changes, and resilience best practices to maintain advisory credibility.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, incident response, or business resilience—preferably in customer-facing roles.

  • Demonstrated experience designing or improving enterprise crisis/incident management programs, including escalation paths, cross-functional roles, and stakeholder communications.

  • Familiarity with regulatory and industry frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 22301, SEC incident disclosure, or CIRCIA.

  • Strong interpersonal and executive communication skills; able to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex risks into actionable insights.

  • Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize competing workstreams across multiple customer accounts.

Why Join Semperis?
