What are we looking for:
Semperis is seeking an experienced Technical and Sales Enablement Manager to own our MindTickle learning management system and drive sales performance through strategic enablement programs. This role supports our global sales organization and partners through content development, system administration, and data-driven performance optimization.
What you will be doing:
Serve as primary MindTickle administrator managing user access, system configuration, learning pathways, and platform optimization
Create comprehensive enablement content including training modules, playbooks, battle cards, and competitive intelligence materials
Build interactive learning experiences including simulations, role-playing scenarios, and certification programs
Develop analytics dashboards tracking learning engagement, completion rates, and correlation with sales performance
Design partner enablement programs with partner-specific content, certification tracks, and performance monitoring
Integrate MindTickle with CRM and sales technology stack for seamless workflows and automated learning assignments
Required Qualifications
5+ years hands-on MindTickle experience including administration, content development, and analytics
5+ years sales enablement experience with focus on technology-driven solutions
Expertise in learning management system configuration and content development tools
Experience with CRM integration (Salesforce preferred) and sales technology stack management
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
Proven track record building enablement programs for global sales organizations
Excellent project management and communication skills
Bonus Points:
Experience in cybersecurity or technology industry
Certification in instructional design or sales enablement methodologies
Experience with additional enablement technologies (Outreach, Gong, Chorus, etc.)
Background in sales operations or revenue operations
