What We are Looking For:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Partner Manager to join our growing channel team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and growing our network of smaller resellers and onboarding new partners to help expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of small to mid-sized reseller partners.

  • Enablement & Support: Assist partners with onboarding, training, and navigating our partner portal, tools, and resources.

  • Pipeline Development: Collaborate with partners to identify new sales opportunities and support them in driving demand for our cybersecurity solutions.

  • Program Execution: Help execute partner programs, promotions, and campaigns to increase partner engagement and revenue.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance, provide regular updates, and identify areas for growth or improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure partner success and satisfaction.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or partner/channel roles in Enterprise technology organization. (Cybersecurity industry preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Interest in cybersecurity and technology.

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Bonus Points- Fluent in Spanish

**Semperis maintains office locations in several cities across the globe. Candidates who reside within 45 miles of one of our offices—or where the job description specifies a required location—will follow our hybrid work model. This includes working onsite three days per week and remotely the remaining days.
