As an implementation focused Delivery Manager for Dataloy - part of Sedna’s suite of maritime solutions, we are seeking a SaaS experienced manager to join our Customer Operations team in London.
For over two decades, Dataloy has been at the forefront of maritime workflows, providing innovative solutions that enable shipping companies to make more profitable decisions. As we continue to grow and evolve, we're seeking an accomplished Project Manager who can drive our technology initiatives forward whilst ensuring exceptional customer success.
About the Role
As Delivery Manager within our Customer Operations team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams and our customers to architect efficient implementation projects that go beyond technology implementation of software solutions. In this role, you will devise and lead implementation projects that align technical implementation with successful value realisation, ensuring our clients maximise the value of their Dataloy investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead and manage multiple enterprise-level implementation projects
- Drive and oversee project delivery, ensuring objectives are met within the agreed time, cost, and quality parameters
- Balance competing priorities and resources across various projects effectively
- Identify, communicate and mitigate project risks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across development, quality assurance, and customer operations
- Drive customer adoption and satisfaction through well-executed implementation projects
- Identify opportunities for solution expansion during project implementation
- Aid our sales resources in project sales
- Be a team player, supporting, collaborating and contributing to an inspiring working environment with the rest of the Customer Operations team, sharing your skills and experiences to raise the team's performance and capabilities
Project Delivery & Governance
Success in this role requires a strong commitment to project excellence and a structured approach to governance. You'll shape and implement frameworks that drive project success through every delivery phase whilst maintaining a comprehensive view to anticipate and manage risks. Your ability to facilitate clear communication between technical teams and stakeholders will be essential as you guide projects from initiation to completion. Through thoughtful oversight and documentation, you'll maintain our high-quality standards, ultimately contributing to our client's success.
Required Qualifications
- Solid SaaS implementation experience leading complex onboardings
- Proven experience in a similar environment
- Experience from consulting or similar roles in organisations with a global client base
