We’re looking for a DevOps Lead to own our cloud CI/CD pipelines, and production operations. You ensure that our infrastructure is reliable, secure, and scalable to support efficient software delivery. You work closely with our software engineering teams to streamline workflows and keep our production environment stable.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and evolve our cloud deployment strategy and infrastructure.
  
• Design, implement, and maintain DevOps infrastructure.
  
• Oversee production operations, ensuring uptime, performance, and stability.
  
• Implement and improve security best practices across infrastructure and deployments.
  
• Scale our platforms to support product and customer growth.
  
• Collaborate closely with Software Engineering, QA, and Infrastructure Engineers to streamline developer workflows and automation.
  
• Drive incident response, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement of operational processes.
  
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring within the Infrastructure and DevOps domain.
  

Job requirements
You are someone who takes ownership, enjoys working closely with colleagues as a team, and is comfortable making pragmatic, well-reasoned decisions. You communicate clearly, think in terms of reliability and security, and like to automate wherever possible. You are motivated by building robust systems that quietly run in the background and enable others to do their best work. Furthermore, you have:

Successful track record in a DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering role.

• Strong hands-on experience with a major cloud platform, preferably AWS.
  
• Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Experience running and monitoring production systems, including logging, alerting, and incident response.
  
• Familiarity with security best practices in cloud and production environments.
  
• Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring other engineers.
  

Preferred qualifications

Experience in a regulated or healthcare environment
