We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Office Manager to support our office, finance, Management and Sales & Marketing teams. You will be part of a highly motivated and collaborative group of people who work closely together in an informal atmosphere.

In this position, you will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Finance support (e.g. in and outgoing invoice handling; account receivable and payable management)
  • Employee hour registration.
  • Contract management.
  • Support with the financial audits.
  • Management support (e.g. organizing meetings for the board & investors, booking external meeting rooms).
  • Coordination and organization of trade shows and events (exhibitor badges, hotel reservations, restaurant reservations, meeting rooms etc.).
  • Duties around the office location (cleaning, defects, ordering office supplies, etc.).
  • Small purchases and on/offboarding employees

Job requirements

You are an energetic professional who is used to wearing multiple hats, experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. You are able to work independently and you are well organized & flexible. Above all, you are an excellent communicator and love to work with people, with an eye for detail and a service-oriented attitude. Furthermore, you have:

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch.
  • General computer skills and knowledge of office software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office).
  • HBO education level.

Preferred qualifications

  • Proven office management and administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting and purchase invoice software (e.g. Basecone, Bill.com, Exact Online, QuickBooks, Salesforce)
