Are you an experienced French-speaking sales professional ready to take on complex enterprise deals in one of SafetyCulture's priority growth markets? We're building a talent pipeline for future Senior Account Executive opportunities within our EMEA Sales team.

As a Senior Account Executive, you'd own the full sales cycle for large, complex deals within a targeted territory of French-speaking prospects. You'd build C-suite relationships, navigate multi-stakeholder buying decisions, and serve as a trusted advisor to some of the most important names in your market.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end sales on high-value, enterprise-level deals, from strategic prospecting to close
- Building and expanding executive relationships, gaining deep insights into customer operations, compliance needs, and safety goals
- Developing targeted outbound strategies to uncover new revenue opportunities across verticals
- Representing SafetyCulture at trade shows, industry conferences, and customer events through thought leadership
- Creating tailored, high-impact proposals that connect SafetyCulture's platform to complex operational challenges
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to shape account strategy and ensure a world-class customer experience
- Feeding customer insights back to internal teams to help influence product direction
- Maintaining rigorous data and activity reporting in Salesforce
What we're looking for:
- Proven success in SaaS sales, ideally in industrial or operational environments, with experience managing large, complex enterprise deals.
- A track record of C-suite engagement and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Native or professional fluency in French, with a deep understanding of business practices, procurement dynamics, and enterprise decision-making in French-speaking markets.
- A self-starting, consultative approach with the ability to create demand in greenfield accounts.
- Strong ability to build and present tailored solutions to senior decision makers across all stages of the sales process.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, you know how to make complexity simple and value obvious.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where customer impact comes first.
