The Role
Are you a seasoned Account Executive with deep knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry? Do you understand how tech-driven visibility, safety, and compliance are transforming how goods and people move around the world?
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive who thrives in complex, fast-paced operational environments and knows how to sell value in logistics and transport. In this role, you’ll help transportation and logistics companies digitize their operations, improve safety and efficiency, and streamline compliance using SafetyCulture’s world-class platform. You'll engage with major logistics providers, carriers, and fleet operators—acting as a trusted advisor who brings insight, credibility, and real impact. From uncovering opportunities in frontline safety and fleet maintenance to solving operational blind spots, you’ll help drive digital transformation across the logistics value chain.
How will you spend your time
- Lead the full sales cycle, from strategic prospecting through close, with a focus on acquiring new transportation and logistics customers.
- Build and expand executive relationships with logistics providers, fleet operators, supply chain leaders, and transport safety teams.
- Identify and drive new revenue opportunities across key verticals such as trucking, freight, airline, rail, distribution, and warehousing.
- Represent SafetyCulture at transportation industry conferences and customer summits—highlighting how our platform transforms frontline logistics operations.
- Deliver tailored product demos that solve real-world challenges like incident prevention, compliance tracking, fleet inspections, and warehouse audits.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and seamless onboarding experiences.
- Act as the voice of the customer—sharing insights that shape our roadmap and support better outcomes in logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and deal data in Salesforce.
About you
- Proven success in SaaS sales, with a strong preference for those who’ve sold into transportation, logistics, or supply chain environments.
- Experience managing complex, full-cycle deals involving operations leaders, compliance officers, and executive stakeholders.
- A consultative sales style, with an understanding of transportation-specific workflows, safety mandates, and compliance challenges.
- Confidence in prospecting and driving pipeline in greenfield logistics accounts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a knack for translating product capabilities into clear business value.
- Ability to operate cross-functionally and collaboratively in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.
