About the Role

We’re looking for a Brand Designer to join our brand design team within the marketing department, reporting to the Director of Brand Design. You’ll help bring our brand to life across a range of high-impact touch points. You’ll be responsible for polished creative work that supports demand generation, product marketing, and events. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing development of our brand design system and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep our visual identity sharp and consistent.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead design projects across campaigns, paid ads and events. Partnering with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Events teams to deliver impactful, on-brand work that drives business results.
  • Create compelling, on-brand designs for social media, blog content, and internal/external presentations that support clear communication and storytelling.
  • Support cross-functional teams such as People & Culture and Partnerships with design requests, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Contribute to the building and evolution of our brand design system, ensuring it scales effectively across channels and use cases.
  • Handle light motion design and video editing, particularly for social content and digital advertising.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience as a brand, visual, or graphic designer (in-house or agency). Experience working on global campaigns or B2B SaaS brands is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing visual identity, campaign design, digital advertising, and event collateral (print & digital).
  • Mastery of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
  • Proficiency in Final Cut Pro and/or broader Adobe Creative Suite tools for video editing is a plus.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment embedded within marketing.
  • A sharp eye for detail, high executional standards, and the ability to translate GTM strategy into compelling creative.
  • Passion for building brand equity through every customer touchpoint.
  • Curiosity and adaptability in an evolving creative landscape, especially as AI reshapes the way designers work.
