Program Manager

The Program Manager will be responsible for driving day-to-day program delivery and managing customer relationships across assigned accounts within Rohirrim’s RohanProcure product portfolio, spanning both secure and civilian government environments. This role is highly execution-focused - owning tactical outcomes, account health, and frontline customer engagement.
As the primary daily interface with government stakeholders, the Program Manager ensures that program commitments are delivered on schedule, issues are surfaced and resolved quickly, and customer satisfaction remains consistently high. Success in this role demands disciplined program management, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate customer needs into clear, actionable plans for cross-functional delivery teams
Key Responsibilities
- Account Operations & Customer Success
- Own day-to-day relationships with strategic accounts, serving as the consistent point of contact for program execution.
- Ensure delivery of program milestones, SLAs, and contractual commitments.
- Drive renewals and expansions by maintaining customer health metrics and satisfaction.
- Responsibility for developing and maintaining productive relationships with strategic buyer, business owners and related executives at customer account.
- Identify and present opportunities for user and ARR expansion with the customer.
- Program Execution & Delivery
- Manage tactical execution of deployments in secure and non-secure environments.
- Coordinate daily activities across cross functional teams that affect assigned account health and program success.
- Maintain program plans, schedules, risks, and performance dashboards for assigned accounts.
- Escalation & Reporting
- Identify risks and issues, escalating to the Senior Program Manager for resolution when necessary.
- Deliver status reports, documentation, and customer-facing briefings to keep stakeholders informed.
- Participate in program reviews and higher-level customer meetings as necessary.
- Vendor & Compliance Support
- Track subcontractor and vendor deliverables, reporting progress or issues.
- Ensure compliance with FAR, NIST, FedRAMP, and agency-specific security standards.
- Continuous Improvement
- Collect customer feedback and provide input to the Product team.
- Recommend tactical process improvements to strengthen execution and delivery quality.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (with full Lifestyle Polygraph).
- 5+ years of project/program management experience, including SaaS or cloud delivery for U.S. government customers.
- Strong record of managing account-level execution and customer relationships.
- Familiarity with Agile practices, program lifecycle, and government contracting environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and secure cloud compliance.
- Exposure to classified cloud environments.
- Background in SaaS implementation, systems integration, or cybersecurity.
