About Rocketlane

Rocketlane is a fast-growing, innovative SaaS company making waves in customer onboarding and professional services automation.

Our mission? To empower B2B companies with a smooth, consistent, and efficient way to onboard customers and manage client projects—reducing chaos and boosting customer satisfaction across industries.

We’re a close-knit team of over 200 passionate professionals, all focused on building a product that teams love to use. Our journey has been fuelled by $105M in funding from top investors, including 8VC, Matrix Partners, and Nexus Venture Partners.

Profile Overview:

We're hiring a Revenue Programs Associate/Senior, to own execution programs against whatever revenue metric matters most right now. This isn't a "set up the cadence and hand it off" role. You own outcomes end to end - which means when something's blocking progress, you get your hands dirty to actually understand what's wrong, and roll up your sleeves to solve for it yourself, whether that's a system, messy data, a tech gap, or a people/process problem. When the priority shifts, you move to whatever's next. Your current metric is Nitro ARR.

Sample Program To Begin With: Nitro

Nitro is Rocketlane's AI layer: AI agents that execute delivery work (migrations, configs, documentation, testing) directly inside customer projects instead of just tracking it. It's ARR and Consumption will the metric you'll be running against on day one, and it's a good example of what "owning a metric end-to-end" looks like in this seat:

  • Track revenue from Nitro and the underlying metrics behind it: attach rates, conversions, upsells, and expansions

  • Run campaigns, sales plays, and account pushes tied to Nitro, end to end

  • Work with sales and product marketing to run structured experiments on positioning and the Nitro pitch

  • Partner with FDE/Implementation on post-sale adoption and usage

What You'll Do ?

  • Own tracking for your assigned revenue metric: build and maintain the dashboards/reports that catch gaps proactively and get them in front of leadership

  • Design and run the programs, campaigns, and account-level pushes, end to end, that move your metric

  • Build enablement - playbooks, talk tracks, one-pagers, training sessions - anything that gets your program understood and adopted by the field

  • Simplify complex programs into clear, usable artifacts that reps and cross-functional teams can act on without hand-holding

  • Diagnose and fix what's actually blocking progress - system, data, tooling, or people - instead of just flagging it and moving on

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, product marketing, implementation, etc.) to run structured experiments and drive adoption

  • Track downstream impact with data and turn it into actionable insight

  • Do whatever it takes to get your program across the line - no task is too small if it's the thing in the way

  • Move to a new metric and program as priorities shift, carrying the same playbook forward

What We're Looking For?

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in RevOps, sales ops, program management, or a GTM execution role close to customers or product

  • Experience owning a business outcome end to end, not just running a process

  • Comfortable in Salesforce/HubSpot or similar, and can build your own tracking without waiting on someone else; Data/BI experience is a plus

  • A genuine builder mindset - you'd rather fix the blocker yourself than write it up and wait on someone else

  • Strong at turning complexity into simple, usable material - enablement docs, playbooks, training - that drives adoption without hand-holding

  • Works well with sales, implementation, and leadership without needing hand-holding

  • Experience with AI products and B2B SaaS is a plus
