Overview
Rhyme is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Integrations, Implementation and Activation team and oversee the coordination and delivery of integration projects between our company and our customers. This role demands strong project management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for the coordination and completion of implementation & integration projects on time and within scope
• Oversee all aspects of implementations and the implementation team, such as setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of projects to the company
• Serve as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Foster positive relationships with customers by delivering timely, thoughtful, and clear communication
• Guide and train customers on software integration points and workflow best practices
• Ensure that Product, Technology, and Leadership team members have appropriate visibility and are brought into the right conversations
• Demonstrates knowledge of Rhyme, prior authorization workflows, and the current customer base, including terminology, technology, trends, and challenges
• Maintain documentation of implementation processes and procedures
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 2 years of project coordination or project management experience, healthcare experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a structured and efficient manner.
• Excellent influencing skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage expectations and navigate challenges diplomatically with large, complex organizations
• Results-driven and self-motivated.
• Willing to travel a few times a year.
