The Role

We are looking for a strategic, insights-driven Data Analyst to help us make smarter business decisions by analyzing data, uncovering trends, and providing actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in SQL and comfortable working with BI tools like Metabase or Tableau. Beyond just running queries, we need someone who can interpret data and tell a story with it—helping us understand what’s working, what’s not, and where we should focus next.

Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, financial analytics, or business intelligence (bonus: risk analytics or risk data science)

• Strong SQL skills (ability to write and optimize complex queries).

• Experience with Metabase

• Ability to interpret data and provide business insights, not just generate reports.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.

• Experience working with large datasets and databases (e.g., Postgres).

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
