We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented FP&A professional to join our Finance team and support strategic planning, reporting, and growth initiatives in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.

• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Produce monthly management reports and variance analysis
• Analyze key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, and LTV
• Partner with business leaders to track performance vs. plan
• Support U.S. entity reporting and cross-border finance processes
• Support finance team in accounting functions
• Drive improvements in financial processes, automation, and reporting tools

• 5+ years of FP&A / financial analysis experience
• Experience in a SaaS or technology company
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Familiarity with subscription metrics and revenue models
• Experience with ERP / FP&A tools (NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan, Salesforce, HiBob Finance )
• Experience working with AI tools( claude , ChatGPT)
• Fluent English — mandatory
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
