Job Summary:

We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven, and highly organized Business Operations Manager to help drive execution, improve processes, and accelerate impact across our fast-growing wallet team. In this individual contributor role, you’ll act as a force multiplier for the business — owning operational rhythms, leading cross-functional initiatives, solving critical business challenges, and bringing clarity and structure where it’s needed most. You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to support the development and scaling of fintech financial services products, including our digital wallet and payment solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping the future of our Wallet offerings and operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance rigor: You'll own the weekly rhythm of the business — tracking daily KPIs, spotting anomalies early, and bringing sharp focus to what matters each week. You’ll create a structure where there isn’t any yet.

  • Lead mission-critical initiatives: Whether it's a high-stakes feature launch or a strategic rethink of how we operate, you’ll lead cross-functional efforts that move the business forward — with accountability for outcomes, not just inputs.

  • Be a systems thinker and a fixer: You’ll go deep on operational pain points, solve root causes, and improve the system, not just patch it. Whether it's a customer escalation or a payments fire drill, you’ll figure it out and leave it better than you found it.

  • Shape product and strategy through insight: You’ll dig into data, synthesize fast-moving signals, and influence decisions — both in the near term (e.g. feature prioritization) and on longer-term bets (e.g. new product concepts).

  • Act like an owner: You’ll spot gaps before anyone else does — in the team, the plan, or the product. You’ll push forward ideas that weren’t assigned to you and get things done without waiting for permission.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills

  • Excellent project management and execution capabilities

  • High comfort level with data — able to independently pull, analyze, and interpret data

  • Proficiency with Excel is a must. Ability to pull own data with SQL queries a plus

  • Clear and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts and drive business outcomes

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Education and Experience:

  • 4 - 6+ years total experience including meaningful exposure to fintech, payments, or consumer financial products.

  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or equivalent high-impact roles.

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-growth tech or fintech environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Economics, Engineering, Math, Physics, etc.)

  • Masters in Business Administration from a top-tier institution is a plus
