About the role

Radar is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to further elevate the engine behind our go-to-market strategy.

As the operational lead for Marketing, you’ll architect and optimize the systems, processes, and reporting that enable scalable growth. You’ll own marketing automation, campaign execution, lead management, attribution, and analytics to drive measurable pipeline impact.

This is an NYC-based position reporting to our VP of Growth, Phil Sidoti. You'll be working from our New York office Monday–Thursday with the opportunity to WFH on Fridays.

For candidates based in the United States, the base salary range for this full-time position is between $140,000 - $160,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $150,000 - $170,000/year with the opportunity for performance bonuses and incentives.

In addition to cash compensation, Radar offers full-time employees a competitive equity plan with stock option grants. This is a meaningful ownership stake in the company that we provide to our employees as we build a category-defining company together.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Your exact offer may vary based on market location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

What you'll do

  • Own marketing automation and campaign operations, ensuring seamless execution across HubSpot, Salesforce, and integrated tools.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to measure ROI of campaigns, channels, and pipeline impact.

  • Manage lead scoring, routing, and attribution models to ensure quality pipeline generation.

  • Collaborate closely with RevOps, Marketing, SDR, and Sales to roll out AI- and automation-driven workflows (Clay, Gong, Momentum, LLMs, HubSpot, and other cutting-edge tools).

  • Optimize and automate SDR campaigns, nurture sequences, and ABM programs with AI and personalization at scale.

  • Manage data hygiene and enrichment across marketing and sales systems to enable accurate segmentation, personalization, and reporting.

  • Implement and optimize multi-touch attribution, funnel analysis, and marketing performance metrics to guide strategy and investment.

  • Propose and run experiments to accelerate growth as Radar scales to $100M ARR.

  • Continuously evaluate and implement new martech tools to expand automation and personalization capabilities.

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Growth Engineering at a B2B SaaS company.

  • Familiarity with Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, and modern GTM/martech stacks.

  • Experience with AI tools and LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.

  • Strong analytical skills: ability to design dashboards, analyze funnel metrics, and translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • GTM acuity: able to connect systems and workflows to ROI, seller experience, metrics, and business impact.
