👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Head of Regulatory Compliance at Qonto, you will:

  • Own Qonto’s regulatory compliance roadmap for the Credit Institution transition, ensuring we are ready to operate with the expected level of rigor and governance.
  • Partner with Product & Strategy teams to enable compliant design and launch of new credit & savings products, providing guidance that is timely, actionable, and pragmatic.
  • Assist in the handling of queries and expectations from Qonto’s banking & data protection authorities. You will ensure that the Regulatory team provides accurate, precise, and consistent replies to the authorities in the countries where Qonto is based.

  • International scope: An international environment (France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium) with real multi-market complexity.
  • Build & scale: The opportunity to shape a team and operating model that can scale with Qonto’s ambitions.
