Join our People Business Partner team as an apprentice to support Laetitia and discover how to deploy people strategies that align with business objectives. You'll play a key role in driving retention and engagement within our corporate teams while learning to navigate complex people situations in a fast-growing fintech environment.
Position:
1-year apprentice contract
Rhythm: 3 days in company - 2 days at school or 4/1 days
👩💻🧑💻 As a PBP Apprentice at Qonto, you will:
• Support strategic HR partnership by shadowing experienced PBPs and learning how to run complete HR cycles with mentorship
• Contribute to data analysis and reporting by preparing people metrics and ensuring data accuracy using tools like Workday, Anaplan, and Google Sheets
• Collaborate on cross-team projects with the PBP team and support transversal initiatives with TA and People Ops teams
• Learn stakeholder management by participating in meetings with line managers, TA team, and People Ops to understand different perspectives and needs
• Support continuous improvement by contributing to projects and tools enhancement while handling HR frameworks and document preparation

• Comprehensive mentorship with structured shadow sessions during your first month to understand strategic HR partnership
• Exposure to complex people situations where you'll learn to adapt your approach to different stakeholders and high expectations
• Hands-on experience with HR cycles, from planning to execution, with guidance from experienced team members
• Cross-functional collaboration working with various teams including Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and business line managers
• Professional development through Notion-based learning resources and continuous feedback

Laetitia Litzelmann joined Qonto in 2024 as Senior People Business Partner. She brings over 14 years of HR expertise from companies like AVIV Group, Believe, and Sopra Steria, progressing from recruitment to senior HRBP roles.

Laetitia’s extensive experience in HR lifecycle management and supporting teams through transformations makes her an ideal mentor for developing your PBP skills and understanding strategic HR partnership. Her mentorship approach combines hands-on guidance with progressive autonomy, ensuring you're comfortable with the high expectations and occasionally complex stakeholder situations that come with the PBP role.
🏅About You:
• Education: Currently pursuing M1 or M2 in business school (preferably in HR)
• Experience: Previous experience in HR (generalist or talent acquisition) is a plus but not mandatory - we value agility and learning potential
• Skills: Autonomous, agile, rigorous, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong stakeholder management abilities
• Technical: Comfortable with data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and eager to learn HR systems like Workday and Anaplan
• Languages: Native French speaker with fluent English (B2 level minimum)
