⭐ Mission:
• Join us as a Growth Project Manager and help us bridge strategy and execution across our most impactful growth initiatives. You will be the critical link between senior leadership and operational teams, managing diverse cross-functional projects focused on client acquisition and revenue generation that will drive Qonto's expansion from 500,000 to one million SME customers.
• As part of our Growth Performance team under Jacky Thoumin, you will build this role into a strategic function that coordinates complex projects across commercial, marketing, and strategic teams while ensuring quality delivery and measurable impact on our growth objectives.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Growth Project Manager at Qonto, you will
• Lead complex cross-functional projects spanning client acquisition and revenue generation initiatives across multiple business areas
• Bridge strategy and execution by translating senior leadership vision into actionable project plans and coordinating with operational teams to ensure successful delivery
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and sync sessions with diverse stakeholders across commercial, marketing, and strategic teams
• Implement and manage project timelines while ensuring quality delivery, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues to keep initiatives on track
• Define and track success metrics focused on client acquisition and revenue generation, establishing comprehensive performance frameworks to measure project impact

• Growth Performance team context: You'll join a team that has evolved from strategic steering to execution-focused approach, working alongside 4 analysts and 1 other project manager with high-impact projects that have senior leadership visibility
• Cross-functional exposure: You'll work across multiple business areas with direct exposure to Growth leadership, upmarket strategies, M&A integration initiatives, and internal growth programs, giving you comprehensive understanding of Qonto's growth engine
• Scale-up environment: You'll experience the dynamic pace of a growing fintech serving 500,000+ customers, with the autonomy to improve team operating systems and drive continuous improvement
• Strategic impact: Your projects will directly influence Qonto's journey toward serving one million SMEs by 2025, with measurable impact on client acquisition and revenue growth
🤝 About your future manager
Your manager will be Jacky, our Head of Growth Performance.
• His path? Jacky built his expertise through progressive roles in finance and business performance. After starting in FP&A at Dassault Systèmes, he moved to Criteo where he advanced to Sales Operations Manager, developing automated reporting systems and leading a team of analysts. Before joining Qonto in 2022, he was Head of Business Performance at Vestiaire Collective, where he created comprehensive planning processes and performance frameworks.
🏅 About You
• Experience: You have 5 years of experience ideally combining strategic consulting and in-house project management, preferably in scale-up or mid-sized tech companies
• Cross-functional leadership: You excel at managing stakeholder relationships and building alignment across diverse teams, with proven ability to coordinate complex projects spanning commercial, marketing, and strategic functions
• Strategic execution: You can effectively bridge strategy and execution, translating high-level objectives into actionable plans while maintaining focus on client acquisition and revenue generation outcomes
• Analytical capabilities: You have strong analytical skills with experience defining success metrics and performance frameworks, using data to inform decisions and measure project impact
• Adaptability: You thrive in dynamic environments with diverse project types and timelines, bringing a strong project management toolkit and excellent soft skills for senior stakeholder management
