⭐ Mission

• Join us as an FP&A Manager to drive strategic financial insights across our corporate functions and challenge business partners to optimize performance across tech, products, people, and operations. You'll support Qonto's growth by implementing innovative financial frameworks and leading transformative projects that shape our organizational efficiency.

• As an FP&A Manager, you will work closely with Emmanuel, our Lead FP&A and Procurement, and join a dynamic team that's implementing cutting-edge tools, including AI agents and new internal systems, to revolutionize how we approach financial analysis and business partnering.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an FP&A Manager at Qonto, you will:

• Challenge and partner with business stakeholders across People, Corporate, Risk & Compliance teams to drive strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance

• Lead financial analysis and reporting for corporate scope, including FSL, People, and compliance areas with a focus on accuracy and actionable insights

• Drive implementation of innovative projects from conception to completion, including AI agent development and internal tool deployment

• Develop and maintain financial frameworks, including dashboards, processes, and best practices to support organizational transformation

• Take full ownership of initiatives across multiple departments, demonstrating autonomy in decision-making and project management

Emmanuel leads Qonto's Expense & Procurement FP&A team.

• His background? He has a strong background in finance, having started at AXA Partners US and later excelling at Wakam.

• What does he bring to the team? Emmanuel is known for his strategic vision and analytical rigor, focusing on financial planning and OPEX optimization at Qonto. You'll gain from his ability to turn financial data into insights and his experience in cross-functional initiatives, offering valuable exposure to strategic decision-making.

🏅 About You

• Experience: You have 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or consulting, preferably in service software, tech, or fintech environments with demonstrated ability to work autonomously

• Business partnering skills: You excel at challenging stakeholders and providing critical insights, with proven ability to influence senior management and drive strategic initiatives

• Initiative and ownership: You're a self-starter who takes projects from conception to implementation, comfortable creating processes and frameworks from scratch

• Communication excellence: You have strong presentation and communication skills with ability to build effective relationships across multiple departments and organizational levels

• Technical proficiency: You're fully proficient in Excel with strong financial modeling skills and ability to leverage data for strategic insights
