Join us as a Market Development Manager Belgium 🇧🇪 to pioneer Qonto's expansion in this market. You'll be the entrepreneurial force driving and accelerating our customer acquisition in this new market, which was launched 6 months ago. This strategic role combines hands-on marketing execution with market intelligence gathering to establish Qonto as the leading financial solution for Belgian SMEs and freelancers.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Market Development Manager Belgium 🇧🇪 at Qonto, you will
• Launch and develop the sales and marketing strategy for the French-speaking Belgian market autonomously, managing all aspects from partnerships, social media to SEA, SEO, and events.
• Drive customer acquisition of new clients, with a primary goal of increasing our monthly client volume
• Gather market insights through direct client interactions and provide valuable feedback to influence product development for the Belgian market
• Develop and manage local partnerships to strengthen Qonto's presence in the Belgian business ecosystem
• Test and implement marketing approaches specific to the Belgian market, adapting strategies based on local characteristics

• Market/Team Context: You'll be the first dedicated marketing professional for the Belgian market, with the opportunity to build something from the ground up. The Belgian market is showing strong potential, and you'll be instrumental in accelerating this growth.
• Autonomy and Entrepreneurship: You'll operate with significant independence while coordinating with central teams for functions like CRM, PR, media, and website. This role requires a highly autonomous professional who can manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Field Presence: You'll be attending local events, networking with potential partners, and establishing market presence. You will also come to the Paris office regularly to meet with key internal stakeholders (estimated to be once or twice per month, maximum).
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You'll work closely with various central teams across Qonto, providing market insights that could influence product development and business strategy.
• Growth Potential: As the Belgian market develops, your role has the potential to expand, offering exciting career development opportunities.

Your manager will be Delphine de Roquemaurel, our Head of Marketing France & Belgium at Qonto.
• Her path?
Delphine joined Qonto recently, bringing extensive marketing leadership experience. As Chief Revenue Officer at Stello, she grew turnover tenfold and expanded their customer base from 2,000 to 20,000 in three years. At Cleany, she built a multi-channel acquisition strategy that grew revenue from €700K to €8.5M. Her background includes managing large teams at ALTEN and developing strategic marketing initiatives across various sectors. Delphine holds a degree from Audencia Nantes École de Management.

Delphine brings a powerful combination of strategic vision and execution excellence to the Belgian market expansion. Her proven track record in scaling businesses and implementing effective multi-channel marketing strategies will be invaluable for market entry. She excels at building high-performing teams while balancing strategic planning with hands-on implementation. Her entrepreneurial mindset from startup and scale-up environments has honed her ability to achieve measurable results with limited resources. Working with Delphine, you'll gain a structured approach to market development with both autonomy and clear direction.
