The position is located in Belgrade, but also remote-friendly anywhere from Serbia.
Join our Customer Care and Onboarding team of +100 people where you will manage a portfolio of German Qonto business customers. Your primary role is to assist entrepreneurs in seamlessly opening accounts and incorporating their new companies. Your responsibilities will include:
👩💻🧑💻As a Customer Onboarding Officer 🇩🇪 at Qonto, you will
• Conducting Know Your Business (KYB) Verification: Collect and meticulously review incorporation documents to ensure the legitimacy of the business. This involves validating the company's registration details, ownership structure, and operational information.
• Performing Know Your Customer (KYC) Checks: Obtain and verify identification documents, such as passports, from legal representatives and Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs).
• Streamlining the onboarding experience: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the account opening experience, making it as smooth and efficient as possible for new clients.
• Guiding clients through the onboarding process: Provide clear and supportive guidance to clients throughout the account opening and company incorporation process.

• Experience: You have experience in customer support.
• Customer-centric: You show empathy, and you are able to adapt your speech according to your customers' needs.
• Goal-oriented: You strive to achieve your daily targets.
• Communication skills: You have excellent oral and written skills.
• Mastery: You excel in using SaaS tools (Intercom, Zendesk, Jira).
• Languages: You are bilingual in German, and have a good level of English.
